On Call HopeTM is the new ambassador for TeleCareTM, with our patent pending Private Practice ProgramTM, Free 24/7 On Call TeleCareHMOTM Our innovative teletherapy services are designed to seamlessly complement and enhance existing mental and physical care models by providing an essential additional layer of specialized mental and physical health support. Upon registration, our users undergo a brief yet comprehensive assessment evaluating their mental health history, current symptoms, risk factors, and unique circumstances. Our clinical team of experienced mental and physical health specialists, then develop personalized care plans incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each users’ specific needs. These personalized care plans are supplemented by supportive program components housed within our mobile app.
Common Challenges Faced by Veterans
Common challenges veterans face include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and other related mental health conditions. These issues can be compounded by physical injuries, difficulties in transitioning back into civilian life, or feeling isolated or misunderstood by those who have not shared similar experiences.

Statistics
You are not alone. According to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, about 11-20 out of every 100 veterans who served in operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom experience PTSD in a given year. Approximately 30 out of every 100 veterans who served in Vietnam have had PTSD in their lifetime.
