Click on the ‘Seek Help’ button on the home page. You will be presented with a list of conditions like PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Select the one(s) that best align with your feelings.
Self-Assessment Quiz
You will be prompted to take a short self-assessment quiz. This helps us understand where you’re at and where you need to go in terms of therapy.
Matching with a Therapist
Based on your quiz results and personal profile, our system will match you with a suitable therapist or intern therapist, known as a ‘Hope Helper’.
Entering the Waiting Room
You will be directed to the virtual waiting room. Here, you can watch videos or participate in exercises like meditation and breathing exercises to help you prepare for the session.
Beginning Your Session
Once your Hope Helper is ready, you will be notified to start your session. During your session, you can speak freely about your feelings and concerns.
Crisis Help
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911.
If it is a mental health emergency that does not require urgent medical intervention, click here for immediate help.
